Meet Destiny Kaiser, Owner of Vero Butler
Vero Butler Estate Management was created to give seasonal residents and second homeowners something that is difficult to replace from a distance: a trusted local person who understands their home, follows through on the details and communicates clearly.
As the owner of Vero Butler, Destiny Kaiser provides personalized estate management and home oversight throughout Vero Beach and select Indian River County communities. Her approach combines organization, discretion and proactive attention with a genuine respect for each client's home and preferences.
ABOUT
A Career Built on Operations, Insurance and Property Oversight
Originally from Ohio, Destiny began her career managing medical offices, where she developed a strong foundation in organization, communication, confidentiality and client service. In 2012, she transitioned into commercial insurance, assisting business owners with obtaining coverage designed to help protect their businesses, properties and assets.
In 2015, Destiny moved to Miami to open and operate a property and casualty insurance agency. Her work in account management and operations helped support the agency's growth and eventual sale. She later transitioned into real estate and private property management, managing a Miami investor's portfolio of commercial buildings, high-end residential properties and domestic and international vacation rentals.
In that role, Destiny coordinated vendors and projects, scheduled services, managed billing and rent collection, maintained insurance policies, handled tenant relations and served as the primary point of contact for day-to-day property logistics. She also assisted with personal management and coordination, giving her a clear understanding of the trust, responsiveness and discretion required when managing private homes and estates.
That experience reinforced an important lesson: exceptional property care depends on more than completing a checklist. It requires organization, sound judgment, timely communication and someone willing to take ownership of follow-through.
OUR PURPOSE
Why Vero Butler Was Created
Second-home ownership should provide enjoyment and peace of mind, but managing a property from another city or state can become a constant stream of appointments, maintenance decisions and unexpected concerns.
Destiny created Vero Butler to help bridge that distance. The company gives homeowners a dependable local point of contact who can monitor the property, coordinate approved service providers, oversee important details and keep the owner informed without adding unnecessary complexity.

Vero Butler intentionally maintains a limited client portfolio. This allows Destiny to become familiar with each home's systems, schedules, vendors and homeowner preferences rather than treating every property the same.
